We used Monica to purchase our first "Family Home" and we could not be more pleased.  She was flexible and met our needs, even when we changed our minds about things.  During the process, the deal fell through, for reasons beyond our control, and Monica was right there to pick up the pieces and book additional showings on a VERY short timeline.  We found our "Happy Place" after an ALL day outing.  We probably saw about 8 houses that day.  Monica ensured us that we would close VERY QUICKLY (less than 2 weeks) because we were up against other deadlines.
