Biography

Monica Lovett is a dream catcher. She helps clients make their dream of buying an amazing home or selling a reality. As a native Philadelphian, Monica has lived and worked throughout the 5 County area.  Her business is based on more than 80 percent referrals from satisfied clients and friends. Most important to Monica is providing excellent service to buyers and sellers in order to earn their trust, referrals, and repeat business. Monica has sold homes in various price ranges from starter homes to condominiums, and investment properties. Clients appreciate her flexibility, low pressure sales, patience, ability to listen and hear what a client wants, negotiation and analytic skills, and her attention to detail. A lifelong learner, Monica is a graduate of both Temple University and Florida Atlantic University and is involved in several civic and public service organizations. 

Monica is currently a Pennsylvania Licensed Realtor with Compass Real Estate.
